Frank C. Schroeder founded Campus2Career® Transition Services as a new business service offering to respond to the demand for specific hands on assistance for career consulting services. Frank also maintains his position as Principal and Co-founder of Brown Schroeder & Associates, Inc. Prior to Brown Schroeder & Associates, Inc. Frank worked as a top-level executive for a variety of corporations in North America, Europe and the United Kingdom, including Drake Beam Morin, A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Waste Management International and Alcoa.

Patricia S. Phillips, Vice President of Business Development
Patty Phillips brings a rich history of helping both young college graduates and mid-career adults with all aspects of career transition. She recently held the position as the Executive Director of Career Management for the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, a top 30-ranked MBA program. Patty delights in helping young adults first identify areas of interest, and then narrow their selection to an idea or two where they hold a comparative advantage against the competition. She then applies her deep knowledge of successful job search techniques against the identified goals of the young adult, guiding them every step of the way.

Susan Gittins, Director of Research
Susan Gittins brings more than two decades of research expertise in human resources to Campus2Career Transition Services. She has conducted extensive executive-level searches for a wide range of multinational corporations and privately-held venture-funded organizations throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Before joining Campus2Career and Brown Schroeder & Associates, Susan was Director of North America recruiting for the Industry Practices Group at A.T. Kearney Management Consulting in Chicago. She was also a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International in Chicago, where she performed search assignments across multiple industries and functions. Susan holds a B.A. degree in history and politics from Victoria College at the University of Toronto.
