David is Campus2Career’s CFO, working closely with the Principals to deliver a professional and customer focused business, sound in its administrative and control systems, financial reporting and strategic direction.
David has worked for a number of multinational organizations including the Drake Beam Morin division of Thomson Corporation, where he was the Paris-based European CFO working with Frank Schroeder, Founder and Principal of Campus2Career.
David gained a Joint Honors Degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom before joining KPMG’s London office where his responsibilities included managing the audits of companies such as Nestlé Group in Switzerland. He also specialized in financial due diligence and fraud investigations carried out mainly in Europe, but the work also took him to the Americas, Africa and the Middle East. While at KPMG he studied for entry and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
During his career, David has held senior finance positions at PepsiCo, managing the corporation’s international corporate audit department from London before becoming Finance Director of its French snack food operations in Nantes and Paris; Sapient Corporation as International CFO based in London; and more recently Zipcar as Europe CFO, also based in London.
David also set up and managed the London subsidiary of Renta Corporación, a quoted Barcelona based group involved in property asset trading.
David lives in Guildford, near London, with his wife and four children. In his spare time he enjoys mountain and road biking, skiing and scuba diving, and is a keen amateur photographer. David speaks Spanish, French and Italian fluently and is a frequent international traveller.
