Campus2Career^® Transitions Services, LLC was formed in 2009 to offer tailor-made career consulting services to college graduates, recent graduates and early careerists. Campus2Career creates a personalized, hands-on, one-to-one program that positions the individual to compete successfully for his or her first or next career job.

The company was founded by industry veteran Frank C. Schroeder, who has been assisting young people and other more experienced professionals on career decision making for more than fifteen years. Frank collaborates with senior colleagues who worked together at Drake Beam Morin (DBM), the premier outplacement and transition services firm started in 1967. The firm brings more than six decades of business experience to Campus2Career.

Campus2Career is affiliated and closely aligned with Brown Schroeder & Associates, Inc. Brown Schroeder is a national boutique firm specializing in retained executive search, fund raising consulting, board counsel and foundation grant making enhancement. Campus2Career draws from the broad and deep Brown Schroeder network to augment our own skills, competencies and capabilities to enrich our client experience.

Campus2Career's tried-and-tested method is to spend the necessary time, commitment and energy with experts developing a market strategy and targeted industry/profession focus. That plan coupled with the development of personal competencies and skills to attack the market lead to the success of our clients.

Each of us has different preferences, ambitions and goals for our dream job. At Campus2Career we know that there are no right or wrong answers, just the ones that make sense for the individual. Our program is designed to discover one's preferences - which industries or professions to explore - and then establishes an agreed upon campaign to find the best fit for the individual.

Each client works directly with a senior partner throughout the process. In addition, relevant subject matter experts will also be used as part of the program. Be assured, however, that one of the firm's partners will remain responsible for working directly with the client to ensure that the objectives of the program are met.
